I went to Riviera Hairdresser two weeks ago for the nanoplasty treatment after seeing the amazing results on my neighbour — and oh my god, it’s the BEST decision I’ve made for my hair! I used to have curly, very frizzy hair and now it’s completely smooth. I literally just wash my hair and let it air dry — no hairdryer needed and it still looks amazing.
I went back today to get my hair coloured, and the experience was just as wonderful. The team is professional, friendly, and truly skilled. Highly recommend Riviera Hairdresser, and I’ll definitely be returning!

The best nanoplasty in Sydney. If you have had your hair done in Brazil, this is the next best thing. All the girls are welcoming and it’s a great experience. The only place I get my hair done now.

Amazing outcome from the nanoplasty treatment here! Only thing I regret is not getting this done sooner! Also had the hair wash and mask afterwards and my hair (naturally afro) was STRAIGHT whilst wet. This has never happened in my life 😂😂😂. End photo below is my hair after less than 10 mins of hair drying only! (I.e. no hair straightener). Crazy results! Game changer! All the girls were lovely and friendly too! Will definitely be going back 😊 thank you so much 🥰

I had my lymphatic massage done yesterday. It was amazing. My body looked amazing. After the massage. Her hands are like gold. If I recommend anyone they should do their lymphatic massage here they are the best.

I had the Nano keratin hair treatment, and I'm really happy with the results! My hair feels smoother, looks shinier, and is much easier to manage. It's definitely reduced frizz and made my hair look healthier. Highly recommend it!

I had nanoplasty. This is the very first time I had nanoplasty. After a heartbreak from previous hairstylist, I was really scared about doing my hair. I wanted clean permanent treatment from so long and Rivera beauty literally have magic in their hand. They literally did so good with my hair. It’s been a week with my hair and my hair stills look flawless and more important healthy. On top of that their customer service were so good. I discovered Riviera Beauty through some friends, and I absolutely loved my experience! My hair is SUPER hard to deal with but the Nanoplastic treatment worked so well. It straightened my hair beautifully and left it all shiny. Plus, the girls there are so sweet, which is a huge bonus!

I have no words for their customer service they all are so amazing and so kind. I did my nanoplasty treatment from them and they have done it in such an incredible way. My hair are long and I am really scared of any treatment!! But they handled my hair in a proper manner, my hair feels so much softer, healthier and shinier. The service was perfect, and the staff were very kind and attentive! After the nanoplasty, I washed my hair several times, and it dried naturally, staying perfectly straight and soft. I got the Brazilian nanoplasty treatment done on my hair. Jess performed the treatment with utmost care and diligence. I love the results on my hair. They’re smooth, straight and so easy to manage. They’re zero maintenance hair. I don’t even need to blow dry my hair anymore. I just let them dry out normally and they’re straight and smooth after combing just like they’d look after a salon blow dry. I’ve been getting many compliments about my hair and love how they feel.
If you have a sensitive scalp, inform Jess and she’ll take care not to apply the product close to the roots to avoid any side effects.

I’ve always had curly hair and was a bit unsure about trying Nanoplasty, but my visit to Riviera Beauty changed that. Jessica and her team were very professional and knowledgeable about hair treatments, which made me feel confident. Now, my hair dries straight without needing a blow dryer, which is amazing. I’ve had an incredible experience at Riviera Saloon! Thaisa's lymphatic massage was amazing and so relaxing. Jessica worked wonders on my hair with a Recovery Treatment that saved my hair! The girls there are wonderful, super friendly, and create a great environment. They always spoil us with a delicious Nutella coffee too! Highly recommend this salon! ❤️

Mis happs and mistake can happen by humans but it’s more important how you tackle that scenario and what you do to make up for the mistake.
I had a bad experience and I expressed it to the owner.
The owner did not leave a chance to apologise and she kept requesting me to come back to the salon for a moisture treatment.
Her customer service is something that blew my mind.
Yes , mayb I will come back to this salon again for my nanoplasty but I will make sure I point it out to the hair dresser to not over do the hair straightener. And regardless of the salon I feel I would keep a check on that.
But your accountability and your customer service is really remarkable !

I visited the salon on 4/5/2024 for nanoplasty treatment which I was getting done for the third time (twice done before from BKT Surry hills which I absolutely loved and left a review as I always do)
Upon seeing my hair , the lady at the salon ( Caroline) pointed out that my roots need nano to which I said yes ! But I want to get whole head and that’s what I booked for.
Then another girl started applying the treatment in the hair (excluding the ends)
I pointed it out saying please apply to the ends as well as my ends are frizzy and dry
However, upon applying on whole head when the girl made a bun I noticed the ends didn’t have any product!
I didn’t say anything at the time which was a mistake and it’s on me !
After the way and dry came the straightening bit where all the damage happened
A lot of hair pulling and straightening more than 20-25 times on one strand damaged and burnt my hair which I never ever thought in my wildest dreams could happen to my hair after a chemical free nano treatment
I only realised what has happened to my hair once I got back and washed my hair.
I immediately took photos and contacted the salon. The owner did welcome me for a touch up. However , I could not make it on the day of the appointment
I bought the product from website to do a touch on my own at home. I’m also some where terrified of them touching my hair again tbh
When I went on the website , I CLEARLY READ IN THE PROCESS MENTIONED - straighten your hair 15 times for thin hair.
I’m just very upset and dissatisfied after paying a huge sum for achieving a result which was horrifying !
I’m sharing this just so everyone knows if your hair are thin and straight already be careful of how many times the straightener is applied on your hair during the treatment and make sure the salon people apply product to your whole head !

Salon says they can retouch your hair within 7 days after the treatment of hair is not straight but what about burnt hair ?
It is ridiculous to be a professional in your career and still be so careless in over heating and damaging some one’s hair
For every girl their hair is very very precious and it breaks my heart to see my hair especially frontal hair framing my face
